All purchases made on our website are shipped from our location in Delhi using reputed courier agencies.

Since each item is handmade and crafted with intricate detail, we do not maintain a stock of ready-made products. Therefore, all orders are prepared on demand. We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to dispatch your orders as soon as possible.

Generally keychains or earring orders are made within 15-21 business days and shipped out on the following Wednesday and Friday. Custom order timelines are discussed and finalized separately.

We may take up to 24 hours to respond to your query. We also post regular updates on our Instagram about what orders are being worked on, please follow us to stay updated!
