This will expedite the process and ensure that we address your concerns effectively. The request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds in the form of store credit only. Custom orders can be altered if discussed beforehand, within 48 hours of delivery, through WhatsApp or Instagram DM. Alterations are not provided after 7 days of delivery.
