Refund/ Replacement Policy

At Punash, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to address your concerns.

 

Eligibility for Replacement:
An item may qualify for replacement under the following conditions:
1. Physically damaged condition of products.
2. Missing items from the order.
3. Receipt of a different product than what was originally ordered.

 

To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at punash.thecrochetcorner@gmail.com, providing the following details:
- Order Number and Date
- State of return (e.g., all items unused with packaging tags intact)
- Reason for return (e.g., wrong product received)
- Contact details (Name and Phone Number)

- Unboxing video

 

Our Returns Process:
- Refunds are issued in the form of store credit and are applicable for earrings, keychains, and hair accessories on orders valued up to Rs. 899.
- Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Custom orders can be altered if discussed beforehand, within 48 hours of delivery, through WhatsApp or Instagram

 

DM. Alterations are not provided after 7 days of delivery.

 

Please note:
- A 15% cancellation charge applies to refunds.
- The unboxing video is mandatory for both refund and returns.
- Refunds or exchanges are processed only after the product is returned in its original condition.
